Attending Gaming By Sea
By purchasing a Gaming Pass and selecting a Group Stateroom or submitting a Non-Group Stateroom Request, you are placing a Hold on a Stateroom. A Booking Confirmation will be sent to you via email and your Hold/Request will remain valid for up to 5 days after you receive that Booking Confirmation.
If your roommate is handling your Stateroom reservation, note that during Registration and proceed with answering the “Other Information” questions and purchasing your Gaming Pass to hold your place. You will need to be matched to a Stateroom within the 5-day Hold period to retain your Gaming Pass. Be sure you have shared the information they will need to book you in the Stateroom.
If purchasing Gaming Passes for two individuals staying in the same stateroom, only place a single Hold under Group Stateroom or if for 3+ make a single request under “Non-Group Stateroom Request”. A separate Hold or Request is not required for every Gaming Pass.
Guest Information Needed for a Stateroom Hold
Full Name as it appears on Government ID (Passport, preferably)
Date of Birth
Optional: Crown & Anchor # and any Special Dietary Requirements (if applicable)
Group Stateroom Hold
Use this section to place a Hold on a Stateroom in the Group. The Group Staterooms (with rare exceptions) are for double occupancy, only.
Non-Group Stateroom Request
Use this section if the stateroom you want is not available under the Group Stateroom Hold section (single occupancy, 3+ people, accessible room, suite, or other desired accommodations).
Once your Non-Group Stateroom is booked and the deposit/payment made, our consultant will move your reservation into the Group to ensure you receive all of the Group benefits from the cruise.
Your deposit/payment is not due with this Gaming Pass.
Within 5 days of receiving the Booking Confirmation email from the travel consultant, you can place a $500 deposit for all Interior, Ocean View, and Balcony staterooms or pay in full for all Suites to retain your Gaming Pass and Stateroom reservation.
Stateroom deposits and/or payments are fully refundable up to 120 days before the cruise.
The agency can help you and any roommate(s) split the costs for the selected stateroom using different credit cards, simply provide them direction for that on your response.
Our private Gaming By Sea area will be in the Conference Center on Deck 13 in the Aft portion of the ship.
