Concerns?
If someone makes you or anyone else feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, or unsafe; please report it to GamingBySea, the venue’s staff, or local authorities (as appropriate) as soon as safely possible.

GamingBySea will work to ensure your enjoyment and may involve other members of the staff or the venue staff to ensure your report is managed properly. When reporting inappropriate behavior, please feel free to bring someone with you and to request that additional staff be present if that is not offered by the first staff member that you contact. Issues will be dealt with by the staff, the venue, or the authorities and you will not be asked to confront anyone by GamingBySea.

Our team will be happy to help you contact venue security, local authorities, local support services, provide escorts, or otherwise assist you to feel safe for the duration of the event.

Enforcement
All convention attendees, exhibitors, volunteers, or staff, who are asked to stop any inappropriate behavior are expected to comply immediately.

GamingBySea may take action to redress anything designed to, or with the clear impact of, disrupting the event or making the environment hostile for any participants.

If an event guest, attendee, vendor, exhibitor, volunteer, staff member, or other person present engages in inappropriate behavior, GamingBySea retains the right to take appropriate actions to keep the event a welcoming environment for all participants. This includes warning the offender, temporary suspension from the event, expulsion from the event with no refund, requesting intervention by the venue staff (which could lead to expulsion from the venue), or contacting the authorities.

Guests, attendees, exhibitors, volunteers, staff, or others present failing to abide by this Code of Conduct may be expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the GamingBySea Staff.

If, at any time, you feel that your personal safety or the safety of others is in jeopardy, please contact the local authorities, first.
