Booking a room is simple:

  1. Send us a Booking Email (see below)
  2. Review your confirmation – we will send it to you within two (2) business days of receiving your email – to ensure it is how you like it before you make a commitment
  3. Contact our exclusive Expedia Travel Agency to make your deposit and final payments through them (contact information will be provided with your confirmation, but you may contact them in advance at: Expedia Cruise Ship Centers; Dunwoody, GA; (404) 735-5548, if you like.)
  4. If you need to see the room rates again, be sure to go to Summer 2023 and click on the Stateroom tab (that screen should still be open if you came from that page).

The Booking Email:

  1. Address an email to: info@gamingbysea.com
  2. Copy and Paste the following into the Subject… Summer 2023: I am Booking A Room
  3. Let us know how many Staterooms you would like to reserve
  4. Copy, Paste, and Complete the following for each Stateroom¬† you would like to book…:
  • Category / Description of Preferred Stateroom (4V, 4N, 4D, and 2D are the Group categories):
  • Preferred Deck and Location (forward, midships, aft – we will do the best we can):
  • For each room, the following for each guest:
    • Guest 1
      • First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name as they appear on the Passport:
      • Date of Birth:
      • Citizenship:
      • Male/Female:
      • State/Province of Residence:
    • Guest 2
      • First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name as they appear on the Passport:
      • Date of Birth:
      • Citizenship:
      • Male/Female:
      • State/Province of Residence:
    • Preferred setup of beds (each standard room has two beds that can be pushed Together or kept Separate) in each room:
    • Add guests as needed. Remember that the standard Group Staterooms are for two (2) guests, but we can place a special order for more guests in a room and get you a quote for that before you commit.
    • Primary Contact Name, Phone, and Email:
    • If any guest has Crown and Anchor membership with Royal Caribbean, please provide the number:
    • If anyone has a Future Cruise Credit, please provide the number:
    • Let us know whether any of your guests has accessibility, special dietary, or other needs:

Why an email and not a registration form?

We used a fancy, Eventbrite, registration form in the past, but we discovered it was not as efficient as a simple email for the amount of information we were collecting and many guests simply sent us emails anyway!
