Booking a room is simple:
First – Send us a Booking Email or, if you prefer, contact our Exclusive Agent directly (see “Third”):

- Copy and Paste the following into the Subject… Summer 2026: I am Booking a Room
- Let us know how many Rooms you would like to reserve (the event information page should still be open for easy reference)
- Copy, Paste, and Complete the following for each Stateroom you would like to book…
- Category / Description of Preferred Room(s) (See the Rooms or Staterooms tab on the Event page for the Group categories):
- Preferred Deck and Location (forward, midships, aft – we will do the best we can):
- For each room, the following for each guest:
- Guest 1
- First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name as they appear on the Passport:
- Date of Birth:
- Citizenship:
- Male/Female:
- State/Province of Residence:
- Guest 2
- First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name as they appear on the Passport:

- Mailing Address of Guest paying for room or primary contact if paying separately.
- Preferred setup of beds (each standard room has two beds that can be pushed Together or kept Separate) in each room:
- Add guests as needed by just copying and pasting the Guest questions. Remember that the standard Group Staterooms are for two (2) guests only, but we can place a special order for more guests in a room and get you a quote for that before you commit.

- If any guest has Crown and Anchor membership with Royal Caribbean, please provide the number:

5. Send!
Second – You will receive a confirmation from us.
Review your confirmation – we will send it to you within two (2) business days of receiving your email – to ensure it is how you like it before you make a commitment.
Third – Contact our exclusive Expedia Travel Agency to make your deposit and future payments.
Their contact information will be provided with your confirmation, but you may contact them in advance at: Expedia Cruise Ship Centers in Dunwoody, GA; (404) 735-5548 or Dunwoody@expediacruises.com if you like, to pay or book directly with them. You can make your final payments through them, also. If you prefer, we can handle that for you, instead.

Why an email and not a registration form?
We used a fancy, Eventbrite registration form in the past, but we discovered it was not as convenient for our guests as a straightforward email for the amount of information we were collecting and many guests simply sent us emails anyway! You can enjoy Tabletop when you purchase your gaming pass(es), though.
